It is well known that wine is part of the DNA and heritage of Chile. The town of Pirque has witnessed the birth of a culture of wine production in the area. Vi?a Concha y Toro in 1883 was the first to settle in the Maipo Valley, making the Pircan territories the genesis of national production, later moving to Vi?a Haras de Pirque, El Principal, Santa Alicia, Apaltagua, Portal del Alto, William Fevre, among others. It has always been marked by a peasant tradition, which throughout the years has opened doors to both the national and foreign public.
Pirque has been identified as a town with the potential to become a world-renowned, first-class tourist destination, since it not only has "the rich Chilean culture" but also has a wide variety of vineyards that offer all the charm of the Maipo Valley.
The fact that the Maipo Valley has witnessed the birth of the first national mass-produced vineyards means that we do not speak of the Maipo Valley as a pioneer town in this area, but of the town of Pirque, which saw the birth and emergence the wine culture and tradition in the area, not only contributing to the culture and tradition, but also meant a contribution in the workplace.
Realmente hermoso destino
