JOB SUMMARY

The Pipeline Developer is part of a studio team responsible for developing and supporting tools to accelerate workflow in the production of high quality Visual Effects imagery.?

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop pipeline tools and processes to meet production needs
• Create and update documentation explaining our processes and tools
• Ensure tools and processes meet the global pipeline framework and tracking systems?
• Take ownership of technical issues and work with the pipeline team and artists to find appropriate resolutions?
• Implement and document pipeline tools, scripts, and procedures to support the development and deployment of creative productions?

REQUIREMENTS

• Python 2.x/3.x and/or C++.?
• Shotgrid and one or more software APIs: Houdini, Nuke, Maya, Redshift and Arnold.?
• Experience with revision control systems such as Git or SVN is preferred
• And more...?

BONUS

• Experience with PyQt or PySide
• Experience with Visual Effects Asset Management System design or development
