In the year 2000, Shiv Garg embarked on his journey with Elekron as a site supervisor, initially supporting the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Team. As time unfolded, he smoothly transitioned into spearheading various electrical projects and New DG Set installations. Right from the beginning, Shiv showcased a strong team spirit, contributing to the collective effort as everyone at Elekron was responsible for everything.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and unwavering dedication to his work, Shiv never hesitated to step out of his comfort zone to assist the company whenever needed.

After gaining valuable experience in Delhi NCR, a pivotal moment in Shiv's career arrived when he became part of the team tasked with establishing a new office in Mumbai. This prompted his relocation to the vibrant city in 2008, where he immersed himself in the local culture and played a vital role in expanding the client base in the West and South territories.

In 2011, Shiv temporarily bid farewell to Elekron, only to return in 2015, driven by a deep mutual trust and understanding established with Manish Kapoor . This return brought new experiences and an eagerness to share his knowledge with the company. Sharing Manish Kapoor's vision of leveraging technology for DG monitoring, Shiv immersed himself in the subject matter, delving into the intricacies of the machines. Notably, Shiv meticulously studied all OEM manuals, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the machinery and exploring ways to connect sensors for real-time device monitoring.

The concept of IoT-based Assets and Energy Management had its roots in Manish Kapoor's visionary thinking since the year 2000, and Shiv played a pivotal role in its development, bringing his expertise and insights to the table. The team experimented with various protocols and methods, rigorously testing feasibility, operations, and security of the ecosystem.

Back in the days of limited Internet access and primitive technology, the idea of using the Internet of Things (IoT) to minimize machine downtime and enable predictive and preventive maintenance seemed futuristic. He provides them with guidance and support, sharing his wealth of knowledge.
