In today's post, we shine a spotlight on Adrien, the Sales Director for Europe, whose passion for transforming the logistics industry is fueled by his collaboration with our innovative team. Can you tell us a bit about yourself, and share how you became a part of Westwell?

Adrien: I'm French and I serve as the Sales Director for Europe at Westwell. I first learned about Westwell at an exhibition called TOC in 2023. I noticed their booth featuring a Q truck and became very curious about the company.

What attracted you to Westwell?

Adrien: What appealed to me about Westwell is its all-in-one solution. We offer autonomous and electric technologies that meet today's market needs and requirements. The energy in the company is really special, with a 'can do' attitude and a commitment to delivering greener and smarter solutions to terminals and logistic parks. Westwell vision is to make a better change. This vision translates into this market need, has a greener solution and a smarter solution. And it's thoroughly perfect with my vision, which is to deliver a valuable solution to our customers.

In the beginning, I did have concerns about joining an international company with diverse cultures. However, I realized that Westwell takes excellent care of its diverse structure. For example, I have a dedicated HR person who looks after me, and my management ensures that I'm in the best possible condition to achieve the company's targets. So, I would definitely recommend Westwell to customers or even friends. I would convince them by saying that if they want to make an impact on their career and the market, Westwell is the best place to do it.
