To guarantee a “Zero Defect Management” we co-founded the CECC, a state-of-the-art testing lab with 3 locations in China.
We do a full spectrum test for each lot of goods by using the most advanced testing instruments, most of them are also used by the original manufacturers. Reliability and compatibility tests are conducted for some critical components to ensure they function properly and meet the specifications. All components offered are guaranteed 100% originals and are handled strictly in accordance with the ISO 9001.

2. Place an order ONLY to a supplier among the AVL

Test
1. Full spectrum functional and electric characteristic test under
normal temperature (25℃), including ：
? Contact test
? Power waste test
? Input leak test
? Output level test
? Full spectrum dynamic parameter test
? Full spectrum functional test
? Analog signal parameter test
2. High/low temperature characteristic test if the 1st step passed
3. Stability purposed electric characteristic test (Random check)
