Pinotage Rose 2015

This Rosé has a pale strawberry pink hue with a delicate orange-peel rim. Aromas of sweet strawberry, candy floss and fresh raspberries greet the nose while layers of red berries and sour cherries livens the palate. The mouthfeel is quite generous and complex resulting in a good body. The flavours conclude in a crisp and dry finish.

CHILL AND SERVE
Serve well chilled as an aperitif or pair this fantastic wine with melon wrapped in parma ham. It will also work magic with salmon roses or a salad Ni?oise. On a hot summers day we suggest you serve it with a mixed plate of rustic patés, terrines and other charcuterie.
