Teton Management is pleased to announce that earlier today we closed on the sale of Pine Haven, our 77-pad mobile home community located in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY.?This Community was one of GCR’s first acquisitions in the Mobile Home space.?

We delivered Pine Haven with?occupancy close to 95%, a strong rent roll, and a new mailbox station.?We also want to thank Jeff Bezos for placing a 1m sq/ft Amazon warehouse 2 miles away.

We worked closely with the buyers throughout this transaction, they are excited about their new venture.?
