Pimping the RoleCenter with Financial data in Dynamics NAV

Microsoft launched the MiniApp with Dynamics NAV 2013 R2. The MiniApp was not advertised widely in the Dynamics NAV community, mostly because the MiniApp was the essential part of the Microsoft Dynamics C5 2014 rollout. Dynamics C5 is a local Danish product and therefore not very interesting for the NAV people in the rest of the world. Later the MiniApp has been the topic of sessions in conferences around the world for its design patterns, but it is still not very well known. The MiniApp consists of a separate set of objects and there are many interesting functionalities to steal – ups sorry – to be inspired by. One of the cool things is that the RoleCenter has been expanded with a page part showing financial data.
