Limhamn Pilates started its mission 5 years ago in a basement in Limhamn, Malm? Sweden with a vision to bring better movement to the community with the Pilates method of fitness training.

Its founder Faith Clements, an avid competitive sports person was suffering chronic back pain which made it impossible to continue with the international finance job she loved

Faith choose to educate herself in the Pilates method of fitness and rehabilitation training to not only rehab her back and entire body, but to help others in her community in Malm? Sweden.

Now 5 years on she has worked tirelessly in her free time to not only continue her education with some of the most well known Pilates educators and instructors internationally, but to pass on her knowledge and experience to help others.

Limhamn Pilates has now developed a fun supportive community of pilates lovers at its professional studio at Hyllie Sportcenter. The studio offers a safe calm space in which to switch off, move and get stronger and have fun at the same time. Our staff remain humble and pride themselves in an ability to be kind and caring and at the same time get the very best out of you our students.

Limhamn Pilates is a professional Classic Pilates Studio recognised locally and internationally for its high standards in guiding the public in a professional caring way to change in their body in movement. This impacts lives on a daily basis - we could not be more proud!

We are also a studio that opens its doors and welcomes other students to practice on our equipment who are under instructor education at www.dendanskepilatesskoole.dk.

We also open our doors to non members to come and try a class with us during the weekend 19th - 21st March. We know you can be surprised at how good Pilates can feel in your body - You can also ask our students..

For our regular monthly subscribers we have a special guest instructor Sara Schytz from Pilates B giving you a good workout at 10:00.
