Pig-sick of Mindset?

Pig-sick of Mindset?

Mindset can be a frustrating waste of time, effort and money.

We may know our "mindset" determines our experience.

And how the mind moves energy & potential in and out of form.

We may know, to fulfil our desires, we firstly have to be mentally aligned with them.

But how?

The challenge is that?"mindset" is such a loose 'catch-all' term...

And the teachings on what to do to create a "perfect mindset"?and to 'succeed' vary so wildly.

The advice is often conflicting and following it can be confusing and frustratingly disappointing.

One reason - as I touched on last week - is because the mind projects 'our mindset’ as 'our experience' so all mindset coaches and 'success' teachers are right in their experience about whatever it is?they believe!

But what about OUR experience?

Here’s what often happens:

?? we hit an obstacle or glass ceiling or want something more, better or different.

?? we try harder and look for answers.

?? we consume books, videos, podcasts, invest in courses, coaches, mentors, etc.

?? we learn about and are ‘mind-blown’ by how we create our experiences in the mind.

?? we’re excited and confident and feel we've really 'got this'.

?? we apply what we've learned and experience 'glimmers' of our 'next level' results,

?? that’s it.

No massive leap or sustained shift as hoped for.??

FRUSTRATING. ??

So now what?

Another initiative?

Another book, podcast, course, coach, expert or a new strategy with a bold promise and good marketing?

And, what if we invest our time, energy and attention once again and still don’t get the results we want?

Then what?

Investing in our 'mindset' is "potentially"?the most valuable investment we can make but if it’s not translating into desired results, experiences?AND lasting happiness, peace and fulfilment, why bother?

Because then it feels like a frustrating, expensive and endless quest.

And despite our investments, we may watch the years fly by without experiencing the shifts we want and worrying about the implications of not fulfilling our goals or living as we’d love to.

Fear and doubt can easily settle in...

?? But what if there’s another approach?

One that would mean we could be much more certain about experiencing the results, happiness and fulfilment we desire?

There is.

What if we prioritised gaining a 'contextual overview' of the 'world of mindset' and other 'success' teachings and options?

An overview we could then use as a context or framework for making more informed choices about what advice to follow and what to do.

What if we gained a perspective that would let us see...

There’s just ONE 'mind-blowing' truth but an infinite number of ways to perceive and discover it?

Some ways are more direct, some go around the houses and some include blind alleys, ditches and barbed-wire fences!

What if we could see - when we distil down ALL the 'mindset' and other ‘success’ teachings and strategies - that there’s just?ONE underlying principle at play which is:

No matter what we do, we can’t experience results we’re not holding in our awareness and identifying with.

And...

The results we do experience are the ones we are holding in our awareness and identifying with.

What if we could see it's really this simple?

And use this awareness to inform which of the mindset teachings and strategies to pay attention to, follow or implement?

And better still, what if we understood WHY this one principle applies?

Because then, we'd see there's actually a pathless path to all we want?

It took me 3 decades of going around the houses, down blind alleys, falling into ditches and getting caught in barbed-wire fences with 'mindset' teachings, other strategies and gurus before I finally realised this.

And curiously, I'm now so grateful for all of that.

Yes, I still fall into ditches occasionally but the difference now is I laugh because now I know I dug the ditch in the first place!

It's liberating really.

In writing this, I've decided to record a short presentation providing the "contextual overview"?I just mentioned and occasionally wish I'd had as a "road-map"...

If you'd like it?click here ?and I'll make sure you get it next week when it's done. (It's free).

In the meantime, the?ONE principle?above is well worth holding in mind.
