Spotlight on Harnish: Our Rockstar Employee!

In this month's spotlight, we turn the focus on Harnish Prajapathi, a shining star in our team. From his innovative ideas to his dedication to excellence, Harnish's journey embodies the essence of our company values. Get ready to be inspired by his story of passion, perseverance, and success!

Harnish, born into a middle-class family, was a calm and diligent student who consistently excelled in his studies. Despite financial constraints, he persevered and excelled academically, impressing all with his determination.

After changing schools in secondary, he kept up his good grades, suggesting he could pursue medicine in the future. So, he didn't bother to look into other career paths. In 11th and 12th grade, he achieved great academic success, though he narrowly missed admission to medical school. With private medical school out of reach financially, he chose engineering studies.

Harnish was first interested in mechanical engineering, but later on, he found a love for programming and coding and chose to enrol at a nearby college to save money on hostel expenses and worked as a tutor to cover his costs. Despite his father's willingness to support him, he chose not to be a financial burden to him.?

Upon completing his course, Harnish faced a challenging job market due to a recession. After struggling for two months, he secured an internship at SilverTouch in January 2008. There, he completed a project that brought recognition to the company. Working at a smaller company with fewer employees, he had opportunities to learn new skills and even got chances to work in countries like New Zealand and Singapore. The small company eventually grew to employ 50 people, while Harnish kept seeking continuous improvement in his skills and exposure.?

Commitment to Excellence

In 2020, Harnish received a call from Mantra, where he was recognized for his drive for excellence. He joined the company in February and began working on its new project 'Mewurk HRMS.' Despite the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked diligently on the project and was eventually promoted to a Sr. technical architect role within the team.

Throughout his 15-year career journey, Harnish, despite being an introvert, successfully managed teams and met many people. He expressed gratitude for his exceptional team members and credited Hiren, his mentor at Mantra, for his success. His long-term commitment to his previous employers has enabled him to develop a strong professional profile while contributing to the success of the companies.

Beyond the Office: Passion for Travel

Outside of work, Harnish has a passion for travelling. He has visited several national and international tourist destinations, with Manali and Kashmir being some of his favourite places. He particularly cherishes Shimla as one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Family and Values

Even though he had opportunities to work in the USA, Harnish declined them due to his strong family connection. He remains deeply fond of his family and cherishes the bonds he has with them. He believes that family gives life its meaning, and without it, there's nothing worth pursuing.

Harnish's advice to his peers is simple yet profound: "Create stability for yourselves and for the organization that you work for."
