It's finally happening. I am back into the world of blogging. I'm not creating enough, I've become a passive LinkedIn in freak and I don't care who knows it.

Whenever I thought about writing a blog in the past I've always thought to myself "no one cares about what is going on in your head". Then this weekend I had a lightbulb moment, of course, that's it, I can just tell everyone what is going on in my head.

If you're reading this you've more than likely spoken with or worked with me in the past. I recruit digital marketing talent for some of London's e-commerce and tech companies. By some, I mean about 8 companies to date. I've spent the last 3 years working solo as a recruiter building up a network from scratch in a geographical patch that Just Digital People had no prior experience working in. It's been both testing and rewarding & I continue to learn and grow as I go.

I am going to be completely honest in my writing, with the hope that someone else trying out the same thing can learn from my experiences. I'll be posting weekly regarding all the weird and wonderful things that happen within the world of recruitment.
