When you have many small orders that always consist of different items in intralogistics, it is very important to be able to pick orders as quickly and effectively as possible. A Pick-to-Light, also known as Put-to-Light, prevents human errors and immediately increases efficiency, making it ideal for a webshop, distribution center or warehouse.

Pick-to-Light and Put-to-Light only require a short visual instruction for picking, sorting or consolidating orders, after which you can get started immediately. The order pickers can work in a focused way with this paperless system because they do not have to switch between packing slips or item information of orders. This means you can quickly train new order pickers, scale up immediately during busy periods and you are not only dependent on a few experienced employees. The system is also extremely suitable for people who do not speak the Dutch language. Really anyone can work with it!

You can ideally combine our Pick-to-Light system with automated flow racks. These are available both electronically and gravity-driven. The roller conveyors in the flow rack ensure that the stacked goods automatically move to the place where they can be picked by the order pickers.
