At Sunrise Capital Investors, we are ultraconservative in our search for quality asset classes that provide safety and stability through any economic trend…
And mobile home parks fit the bill.
The demand for affordable housing is always high – and the supply remains incredibly low. They don't build many new mobile home parks (due to extremely strict zoning laws) - therefore, the stock of mobile home parks is artificially constrained.
This phenomenon, paired with the fact that net income from mobile home parks is unaffected by GDP changes, makes mobile home parks a recession proof asset class...
Not to mention that, as of last year, it takes 35.51% of a median household income to purchase a home – affordable housing is more in-demand than ever.
With economics like these, paired with the opportunity to provide folks with their own slice of the American Dream, doubling down on mobile home parks was an easy choice. We've never looked back.
