Pia Henzi, Richard C. Pisano & Kurt Nordman Join Citrus Panel @ Flavorcon 2024
We have an update! We have a new lineup of panelists for the upcoming "Navigating Regulations & Rising Prices in Citrus Oils" panel on day two (October 9) of Flavorcon 2024.?
Citrus greening, along with substantial supply chain disruptions caused by the pandemic, climate change, and unusual weather patterns, has created challenges for raw goods, including rising costs for edible oils. This poses a significant threat due to the widespread use of citrus ingredients in many products. The panel discussion will focus on the impact on the industry and how flavorists and flavor houses can address these critical global issues by exploring alternative natural solutions.
