PRO stands for Physician Recruitment Optimized, and it encompasses a range of unique, highly visible, highly effective touch points to reach a wide audience of active and passive physician candidates. With PRO Services, you’re able to engage with physicians along different marketing channels to promote your jobs, your organization and your community.

PRO Services offer different ways for candidates to view your jobs and different ways for you to reach out to them.

2. PracticeLink magazine Our award-winning, quarterly publication has a robust, targeted circulation with a print run of 100,000. It's also accessible online, as individual digital articles and as a flip-through PDF with hyperlinks leading to the advertiser’s website. Benefits and reach of the magazine include:

  • Complimentary ad design services
  • Print editions kept for years in resident physician libraries.
  • Indefinite digital library for physicians to go back to, search for topics and find past articles.
  • Free bonus distribution at specialty conferences and career fairs.
  • Free bonus distribution of 5,000 to hard to recruit specialties and special interest groups, such as military physicians, PPS nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
  • Full page, third page and half page ad options
  • Three advertiser directories within the magazine: Organized alphabetically, geographically and by specialties being recruited.
  • Quarterly themes are Job Search, Job Interview, Contracts & Compensation and Quality of Life.
  • Full color, belly band ads wrapped around the outside of the magazine; the audience sees it before they even open the magazine.

3. First Practice One of PracticeLink’s most targeted products is First Practice: the Resident & Fellow Career Guide. It is a step-by-step guide that addresses what GME doesn't typically teach. Candidates receive a copy twice a year, mailed with a PracticeLink Magazine, plus it is handed out at specialty conferences.

  • GME programs receive bulk shipments
  • Recruiters doing residency outreach can ask for bulk shipments, absolutely free.
  • Ads are half page, full color
  • An excellent way to get the word out about your organization and its physician opportunities.
  • Printed twice a year, spring and fall

4. Specialty conference leads Let PracticeLink collect physician candidate leads for you at specialty conferences. Specialty conferences are a large investment with flights, hotels, exhibitor fees, booth set up, shipment and giveaways. PracticeLink attends more than 20 specialty conferences every year. We talk to the candidates, gather their information and then upload that information automatically to your PracticeLink account.

  • You'll get exclusive access to those leads for 90 days.
  • You get a discount for ordering leads in advance of the conference or during the conference.
  • Many recruiters attending the conferences still purchase leads from PracticeLink. They’ve reported when they compare, PracticeLink has different names than what they gathered.
  • Access to leads can be purchased per individual conference or at a discount for the year.

5. PracticeLink PowerPack You can bundle PRO services to receive discounts from 40% to 60%, depending on which package you choose. Options include ads in two or all four editions of PracticeLink Magazine, ads in one or both editions of First Practice, exclusive access to specialty conference leads, listed as a featured employer on PracticeLink’s homepage.

6. Virtual Career Fairs During PracticeLink’s regional and specialty Virtual Career Fairs, you can exhibit and communicate with multiple physicians and providers via a virtual booth using a chat feature. You can then create call lists and email candidates utilizing the provided lead report.

  • Career fairs are held throughout the year.
  • There are regional career fairs, as well as specialty specific career fairs.
  • When you sign in, candidates can click the link to chat with you, then after the event, you'll receive the entire RSVP list within a day or a week of the event.
  • Purchase individual career fairs or an annual subscription.
  • Purchase a regular booth or a featured booth, for your logo to appear in the top two rows.

7. Med Navigator To reach out to passive candidates, we have our Med Navigator product. This is four databases: licensed physicians, residents and fellows, advanced practice providers and graduate medical education program directors and coordinators. With an annual subscription, you can have access to all four databases, then you can select candidates and set up email campaigns to increase your exposure.

  • Emails sent through Med Navigator are an additional fee. If any email is undeliverable, you will be credited back that amount into your practice or into your Med Navigator wallet.
  • Use it, for example, to connect providers from the same area or who went through the same residency program.
  • Develop a medical staff plan to see how many physicians and providers are in your region or territory and how long they’ve been practicing or have left before retirement
  • After sending broadcast emails, you can pull tracking and statistics to see which messages were sent, how many were sent, how many were delivered and how many weren't delivered.
  • A demo of Med Navigator can be found on your account dashboard. You can also contact your Sales Account Manager to schedule a demonstration.

8. Recruitment newsletter and recruiter blog Beyond the incredible resources available in your account dashboard, you'll receive our newsletter in your mailbox. It has great articles to help with your job and your recruitment efforts. They include statistics as to how PracticeLink’s website is doing, as well as statistics on which specialties are hardest to recruit.
