As a breast cancer survivor, I’ve discovered the benefits of incorporating fitness into my routine - and have felt the angst of not doing so. I've recently undergone a revision to my breast reconstruction surgery that has impeded my ability to engage in certain physical activities. Hence, in today's article, we will explore safe and effective ways to regain physical strength and stamina, emphasizing the importance of exercise for overall well-being.
The Benefits of Exercise
Exercise offers numerous benefits for cancer survivors. It can improve physical strength, boost energy levels, reduce fatigue, and enhance mood. Regular physical activity also supports cardiovascular health, helps maintain a healthy weight, and reduces the risk of cancer recurrence. Engaging in fitness routines tailored to your needs can significantly improve your quality of life.
Safe and Effective Fitness Routines
