#2 is Grit- Angela Duckworth

This book was truly powerful and inspiring, with the overriding message being that no amount of talent or luck will get you out of certain situations. How do we get back up when we fall down? What is the number one quality we need to succeed when times get tough? The answer? GRIT! ??

Certainly, with the world how it is today, this is a must read for all. Every single one of us has our own problems right now, however big or small, this book will give you an insight into how to channel your inner strength and come out stronger for it ????

#3 is Drive- Daniel H Pink

With the amount of driving I do I decided the best way to complete this challenge was to listen to audiobooks alongside my reading. Personally, I much prefer a physical book but I know everyone has a different opinion! ??

This book was an eye opener to what motivates us as human beings and I will 100% be using this moving forward in my teaching.

‘There’s no going back. Pay your child to take out the trash and you’ve pretty much guaranteed the kid will never do it again for free.’ ?

The message is simple, external rewards seriously impact internal motivation. Work because it makes you feel good, do it for yourself, your own satisfaction, your own sense of pride! Motivation is personal and only you know what DRIVES you inside! ??
