We bZm Graphics are super excited and happy to finally publish our newly developed “Photography Workflow Management” platform. It is Totally FREE to use and designed for Photographers and Videographers. Whether you are a Freelance Photographer or a Studio this platform will help you manage your day to day operation with ease.We would love to announce this platform as a giving back program of bZm Graphics Ltd. We have been working in the Photography industry since 2015 and we received a lot of love, knowledge, encouragement and more. This will be our way of showing appreciation.We really hope this platform will help many photographers, videographers and even some studios. Please note- this is just an initial release version. Feel free to contact us if you find any error or feel any need for upgrades.

Our platform is designed to give you the power to manage your photography / studio operations from one place and also reduce the number of paper waste significantly.

Do you have some potential contacts who might be interested in your photography in the future? Then the Leads segment is a perfect place to store them. From there you can plan your future actions to make them interested in your services. It also has the feature to allow you to keep track of the Lead Source and Lead category. If everything goes as planned, you can simply convert them as clients with just one click.

To run a successful business you need to work with your clients all the time and managing that can be quite crucial sometimes. Under our clients management segment we have covered pretty much everything. You can manage the Client profile, Different projects, create invoices, track payments, store documents like agreements / contracts, keep notes and create a ticket.

If you are working on a project where you need to have some words from the client or maybe something needs to be changed, a quick meeting is the perfect solution. We designed the meeting portion specifically for that kind of need. Simply select the Date and Time and assign the client and also the team members need to be there. Also get a reminder about the meeting before it starts.
