The female makeup of Phonexa's is a testament to the company’s dedication to cultivating an environment triumphed by ideologies of female empowerment and enablement.??
Phonexa has extended its dedication and ongoing effort to empower women through LinkUnite, an invite-only women’s forum and retreat from April 10 to 13 that connects female leaders in digital marketing and provides them with a networking and growth platform.?
With that initiative underway, and in honor of International Women’s Day on March 8, we’re highlighting the wisdom and motivation behind each of the woman chiefs leading Phonexa and its sister companies.

The most important lesson learned en route to leadership: Everyone has a different journey, so don’t be afraid to take a different path than everybody else. Along the way, you’ll make mistakes, but it’s okay as long as you learn from them. Remember that you don’t learn from the things you get right, you learn from the ones you get wrong.?

The most important lesson learned en route to leadership: Work hard consistently, be genuine, practice humility, and always be grateful. As a life-long learner, however, the most important lesson I’ve come to prioritize is derived from my favorite quote, "No matter how busy you are, strive to make each person feel important, and do it sincerely." No matter what industry, vertical, or team you’re in, the people are your business.
