Phone Bundles (compliance)

Starting October 31, 2024, all UK numbers must be linked to a verified bundle to continue using messaging services. This requirement ensures compliance with UK Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations .

To indicate whether a UK number is KYC-compliant, the following badges have been introduced:

• UK Bundle Required: Action is needed, you need to create a UK Bundle and link it to the Phone Number.
• UK KYC Verified: No action needed, the number is all verified and good to be used.

What do you need to do if your number is marked as "UK Bundle Required"?

To ensure uninterrupted messaging services, please follow the steps below to create a verified regulatory bundle and link it to your UK numbers:

Once linked, your UK number will be verified and ready for continued use with messaging services.

What if you don’t take action?

If you don’t complete the registration, all SMS messages sent to the UK from unregistered UK long codes will be blocked starting October 31, 2024.
