Phishing attacks are coming at you hot and heavy
Joshua Wertheim
The number one evangelist for Internal Information Threat Protection. If you aren't protected from rogue end users and successful phishing attacks, they're gonna get you every time.
Please give serious consideration to what I'm about to say.
By now you probably know that no matter what you do or try to do, phishing attacks won't stop coming, and your users are not always going to resist clicking on something and getting their credentials stolen. It only takes one user getting phished to ruin your day, your business, and even your career.
We have a client who sent a mock phishing email to everyone in order to get a baseline of users who clicked on a link that would have exposed their credentials. They then trained all their users on how to spot phishing emails and what to do when they receive one, along with implementing other anti-phishing methods into their systems. They then sent another mock phishing email to see if all their efforts made a difference. You know what? The results were EXACTLY THE SAME.
Someone who phishes a user's credentials can access any information that user can access. If the user has access to sensitive client information, or your financial information, or m&a discussions, or product details, so can the phisher.

There is only one system that can monitor end-user activities in an OpenText xECM or eDocs environment, and report or even shut down access to a user (or someone who phished that user's credentials) who might be acting suspiciously. It is Guardian from Wertheim Global Solutions.
The CrowdStrike disaster only exacerbated a problem that has always been there. After the dust settles, the phishing attacks won't stop. It's a constant battle to protect your confidential information from the people behind these attacks, as well as protecting it from end-users with bad intent.
You need Guardian to stop a breech in it's tracks instead of learning about it after the fact. Contact me NOW to protect your organization before it's too late.
