Philips’s Academic Charter School breaks ground on their permanent home on Madison Avenue, Paterson
Philip’s Academy Charter School broke ground on February 16, announcing their new permanent home in Madison Avenue, Peterson. This project will expect to end this construction in 2023.
According to New Jersey State Senate Nellie Pou, any parents wish their children to get a chance to be success in life, but to achieve that success of course proper educational background is required. She is very much thrilled to witness the opening of the new and advance chapter in the field of education that is Philip’s Academy. According to her, this education is not just an improvement it’s an educational investment for our city and its residence.
This worth mentioning new chapter for Philips’s Academy and their new home will surely upgrade the lives of the students and will add liveliness to the neighborhood. In this growing stage of Paterson this will act as a crucial factor in its development, said Mayor Sayegh.
Mr. Lee also shared his thought about the project; he is very much excited to see the beginning of the construction of this new facility. He also said that Philip’s Academic will proved to be a major change in the field of state education.
The ground breaking ceremony began with flag hoisting and with a song by the Philip’s students and ends with support and blessing from the councilwoman Dr. Mimms.
The Board of Trustee of Paterson (PACS) is excited enough to build their school’s permanent location in this society, said by the President of the board of Philip’s Academy Dina Runcie. Their state-of-the art, school complex will open the pathway of reaching our goals to make this a well educated society. It also generates ample job opportunity within Peterson to contribute to its rich history in silk industry.
