OVERVIEW

The Philadelphia Project will discover if we are being mind and nervous system controlled to the point we don’t have free will. We have been harmed by health care to the point our bodies don’t have their spirit, as described in the Holy Bible as vessels.? Science and beast government role names call this disease and Artificial Intelligence.? My investigation (https://isasinvestigations.com/) proves the Holy Bible is the truth in our lives today and we are a lawless society that harms our people (Men, Women and Children) to the point we are Anarchy (Animal Arc Hell Yellow).

GOALS

2. Prove people don’t have free will
3. Prove Anarchy
4. Prove I can still make a fair wage
5. Reverse Anarchy and establish a lawful government

SPECIFICATIONS

I would like to work with Universities and all levels of Government to reestablish Philadelphia. To this point the federal government hasn’t responded. Michael Rutt will use his investigation and work with Universities to prove Philadelphia needs to restore free will.?

Establish Constitutional Law Initiative

1. Lawyer parallel process to audit role names and determine if each role name is lawful
2. Hitler / Kawsar tax to be established and use the risk program from the Life Safety First Initiative to apply tax on unlawful technology and industry.??

Establish Citizen Initiative

1. County of Origin ID to be established to determine if a person has free will and is alive.
2. Establish variable tax to trade a citizen’s good work and allow people to move from country to country based on need and risk developed from the Life Safety First Initiative?

Establish Life Safety First Initiative

1. Develop The Truth Project.? If a person tells the truth they are a citizen and given a human risk to be protected and their good work gets a fair wage.
2. Develop Human Risk Project (ex 3-2-1 as levels of human risk) Given a human risk based on technological control and unlawful psychology

?Conclusion

I would like to reestablish constitutional law through three initiatives, running in a parallel process. To move from Anarchy to Constitutional Law without letting the economy fail.

Unlawful killing of people over time has led to Anarchy or Animal Arc Yellow.? Law being established and enforced will protect Philadelphia’s citizens.? A citizen will become truthful and their good work will earn a fair wage.

All people will be to be audited and each person will be declared citizen, widow or widower.? This will allow women to choose their husband with free will and be protected from being mind and nervous system controlled.

All industries will benefit from law being established and good work instead of flesh will be traded.
