Action???: The Philadelphia Eagles launched a redesigned native video hub within their app, looking to enhance the overall user experience for their fans. We are thrilled to spotlight this new feature, which allows fans to quickly search, scroll, and watch the latest videos, highlights, and exclusive premium content from the club, including content from previous seasons.

The Eagles' video hub features a waistband at the top of the page that provides fans with easy access to three key sections: Latest, Channels, and Highlights. Each section has a guide button that, when clicked, opens a modal with all available videos in one place, making it easier for fans to access all the content they need without having to leave the page. Additionally, fans can select each video to Add to Queue, Bookmark, and Share.

The Eagles tagged and categorized their video clips into 15+ distinct Channels,

The native video hub is sponsored by Pepsi, and individual Channels have other partners attached to them as well, e.g., Eagles Unscripted, presented by Lincoln Financial Group, features dedicated partner placement within the Channel page, along with unique freestyling brand elements.

With a wide range of video segments available, we found that a simple display of the latest videos was not enough to effectively showcase the depth of our content. The video hub now allows users to easily discover content and explore videos from previous seasons.

Our partnerships with sponsors are an essential part of this redesign. For example, Eagles Unscripted, presented by Lincoln Financial Group, now features dedicated branding within its segment, enhancing the overall experience for our fans. Partner branding is integrated in a way that complements the user experience, creating a comprehensive video guide.

Insights from data analysis have shown that users are engaging with videos from past seasons, indicating the success of the guide in assisting targeted searches. Whether users are looking for highlights or exclusive series, the video guide serves as a valuable tool that resonates with our audience.
