PhD viva

PhD viva

I am excited and extremely honoured for successfully passing the viva examination of my doctoral degree in Computing (Titled: A Tailored Smart Home for Dementia Care) from Bournemouth University. I want to use this as an opportunity to acknowledge my supervisors and my examiners who assured the soundness of my research. The PhD was a journey filled with bitter and sweet moments. It was only possible through constant supports of my supervisors, my friends and my family. I am dedicating this research and all of its outcomes to my mother Khorshid, who passed away while I was doing this research.

From right to left, my examiner Professor Keith Phalp, my first supervisor Professor Hamid Bouchachia, and my examiner Professor Fulvio Corno.
