Phased Approach to AI Excellence

Here at HeitechSoft, we are making great strides towards our goal of our very own AI product and ensuring it can help our small and medium-sized clients with their business needs. We’ve finally come up with our phased approach to excellence when it comes to AI.?

Our first phase is focused on AI Education. As AI is still unfamiliar territory for many businesses, we want to focus on educating our clients by building resources for tools, services, and open-source projects. By utilizing our Q&A sessions, we plan on listening to your ideas, identifying business gaps, and staying ahead and informed about market trends, including what bigger companies are up to. Our belief is in building strong, meaningful business relationships, we don’t want to become a contractor - we want to be a part of your team and this includes keeping you up-to-date and educated on the current advances of AI and how we can implement it into your business through our services. Two of our core values include Reliability and Innovation which means that we want to bring the best technology we can to you so businesses can thrive. We want to be reliable through showing you consistent high-quality results that are reflected in our collective success and that every project you bring our way meets the highest standard of excellence and dependability.

The second phase is AI Consulting. To cater more to client needs, our Data Strategy Consulting will be revamped and redesigned to be better aligned with our defined services. This includes our AI Policy Framework and Best Practices, Prompt Design and Engineering Training, Employee Training programs, and more. In addition, we will also be using client data to train AI models, this includes personal customization, maintenance, training to fine-tune and even possibly reselling. We want the AI we train to better fit small and medium sized business needs through consulting. We want our vision of Collaboration, a synergy through diversity, utilizing various perspectives in order to solve problems more efficiently and revolutionary. We created our AI consulting and tailored employee training to harness the power of AI responsibly and efficiently, to not just use AI but to lead it into the future of its technology.?

Last but not least, our final phase is Building Our Own Products! As we grow, we plan to invest more into building our own AI products. This will allow us to further our services for our small and medium sized business clients, through custom optimization, design, usage and further train these businesses to success. What we want is to continue to provide our services to the highest degree for our clients; and being able to have our own AI product is one of the ways we can do just that. We are dedicated to client success, and performance.?
