Reyes Beverage Group wanted to expand its local warehouse through the addition of more parking and an expansion of both of its loading docks and shipping and receiving areas.

The property will have an additional 81,000 square feet for the 290,000-square-foot warehouse. The property, located at 441 N. Kilbourn Ave., is the base of operations for Reyes-owned Chicago Beverage Systems LLC.

The targeted expansion calls for 14 new dock positions while reconfiguring the existing loading and parking areas. It also would add 66 truck- and 35 employee-parking spaces.
