I AM PHARMACY - NOT?PAR MERCY??
I am a familiar pharmacy store having fifty years of experience, my grandmaster initiated for his lively-hood. He opened me in a business junction with limited space and shelves. He used to manage me with limited merchandise and branded medicines.?Because of my exposure and reputation, many people used to visit for their pharmacy needs.
Medical practitioners near to me frequently come and used to sit with me. They were interested to know the drugs I am dealing with and information on prevailing viral infections.?My grandmaster also updated his clinical knowledge from doctors and pharma MR.?It is not a surprise if I say he became a half-doctor and used to suggest medicines.
For many years my master was dependent on my earnings, became wealthy in our town. Even after he neglected me many times, I endorsed his name as a good pharmacist among customers and health care centers.?On Friends' bits of advice,?he upgraded me with General Items,?and for that I also added new customers and business volumes.?
Even after my age goes,?I did not lose my charisma, and In turn, I became the talk of the town.?The secret to my goodwill is I hold all quality medicines at a reasonable price. All the salesmen who worked with me respect my customers and give precautions on the items they sell. Customer either new or old reception in the store is good, and the customer feels that I am next to their Doctor.?My timings, replacement policy, and purchase discounts found good to them. All the company MR and Health care people are respected at my place and used to leave me in happy moods.
For more than thirty years,?I enjoyed my life in grandmasters direction.?I entered my second phase, and now I am in the hands of the Young-Master.
After the Business revolutions, CORPORATE?Pharmacies opened, and people doubted my survival.??Young-Master took up many changes in the store's set-up and business culture to make me fit into the competition.?But I am confident that I don't slip from my ethics because I have customer blessings.?The CORPORATE world has deviated retail pharmacy business,?encouraging ghost practices in the health care and chemist sectors. Because of their influence in the pharma retail field,?Product price,?referrals' cooperation, and customers services changed their colors and created a gap among Chemists, Doctors, and Patients community. ??

My master again added new investments and generic products for want of good sales and high profits.?Now I have two sections, ?medical, and general with reasonable sales.??Still, my master is unhappy and says others have more contacts with Doctors' Rx' and doing high volume business.??He started selling unbranded products and generic medicines in profit greed.??In the General product section, he placed unsought products.??Gradually some of my old customers and Doctor friends felt unhappy with my master's pressure selling. Even after adding more shelves and merchandise, the master says I am not growing healthy.?At present Store staff changed their attitude and ?their attention towards customers is diluted.

I have a strong belief that business hiccups are purely temporary. My sales growth and Profit earnings may be ?volatile for some time, but the given goal I reach positively.?For that, my master's attitude should be positive and keep customers' relationships. He should analyze all business opportunities and implement 'cause and effect theory' for my growth.?
The present generation prefers to know product and brand details. ?They select the products on display and buy like in supermarkets.?They love to touch and pick their General, surgical, and OTC products.??A front room in a Pharmacy store with a product display gives more buying satisfaction to customers. This facility increases customer loyalty and buying transparency.?Medical, General OTC, and Surgical products under one roof increase my service standard and reputation.??I am a Pharmacy,?and I don't want somebody's mercy to grow.?Let me grow in a creative and respected way. I can assure good support to my master always.??
