• Rundown of the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Business Branches - We've had a lot of action over at the day job of late, so here's a quick rundown of our business lines - we move fast, so sometimes it's hard to keep up!

1. Costplusdrugs.com - our native mail order/DTC solution for patients.
2. TeamCubanCard.com - this is our opportunity to have your prescription drugs picked up with our prices closer to home. We are partnering here with local pharmacies, including independent pharmacies. If you're an independent pharmacy and would like to join our network, just fill out this form and we'll connect!
3. Cost Plus Wholesale - this is our newest division that helps institutions gain access to our future manufactured products out of our 503B facility, along with other drugs.

• A checklist for pharmacy in 2024 - POS (that stands for Point of Sale here, although I can think of another acronym, but I digress) DIR fees are coming, like it or not, 1/1/24! Is your pharmacy ready? If not, attend the next ASPL roundtable with NCPA on a checklist for pharmacies in 2024 - it's coming up in August.
• Thanks! - Just wanted to give the credentialing committee at ASPL a huge thanks and shout out - we have had a ton of great applications for DASPL Class II, because the committee did a great job in sharing information about the program! More to come here, but we've temporarily shut down the application for Class II right now. We're deliberating and our next class should be announced soon.

• Whatnot - I've been livestreaming my shows on youtube - that's been fun! I still am fumbling my way through my basement and my shows, but I'm enjoying the whatnot experiment. They were named, btw, a Y combinator top startup! Tonight - it's Christmas in July over here! Yay!
• Independence Day: What to do when everyone has an opinion about your work - Opinions are like....noses. Everyone has one. Here's what to do if you find yourself in the middle of everyone else having an opinion about you and/or your work that is other than your focus or takes you away from your focus, and/or offers said opining unsolicited.
• It also works great when you're being gaslighted (a friend of mine and I were discussing this very topic this week, so here's what the internet, coaches, and experts opine we should do - pardon another opinion):
• 1. Listen - read the note, listen to the comment.
• 2. Consider the source - is it someone giving an opinion in the space in which the matter is relevant, and/or are they a thought leader in the arena? Is it Einstein on relativity? Or, are they not? If yes, it's worth consideration. If not, meh....
• 3. Thank the opiner - even if you didn't ask for the opinion.
• 4. Detach - separate the other party's opinion from you personally. Distractions work well here, like snapping your watch band or spinning your jewelry if you wear some (like a bracelet or a ring). Usually, unsolicited opinions can be construed as personal. Don't take it personally.
• 5. Keep what works - and dump the rest. Seriously, don't carry it around with you, it's like carrying nuclear waste. It can be toxic.
