Pharmaceutical Pure Water Equipment
The core technology of pure water equipment uses single or double stage reverse osmosis, electrodeionization,distillation and this kind of new technology which is specially designed for sets of high quality water purification system to meet pure water or distilled water's requirements of pharmaceutical company or hospital.The whole system is composed of SUS304L or SUS316L. Meanwhile, the equipment must be prepared disinfection system, such as pasteurization, electrical heat disinfection, chemical disinfection, UV lamp, ozone generator, to produce sterile pure water.

Pharmaceutical purified water is also named deionized water. It usually means that what uses reverse osmosis, EDI, distilled technology to purify tap water or other low TDS water to deionized water.Our contry has very strict water requirements of pharmaceutical industry, so all pharmaceutical purified water needs to meet the standard of 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia'. Our purified water system complies with water quality of GMP, using PLC touch screen to display running statures and water quality timely.Intelligent and simple operation greatly reduce the difficulty of operation. Technology of Purified Water Equipment:
1. Automatic PLC touch screen operation.
2.Quartz sand filter: filtrate sediment, rust, suspended matter, colloid, particles, etc.
3. Active carbon filter: adsorb free chlorine, pigment, peculiar smell and parts of microorganism.
4. Softener resin: remove Ca2+ and Mg2+ to prevent scalling and change hard water to soft water.
5. Security filter: 5um PP cotton filtrates microparticles.
6. RO membrane: 0.0001-0.001um; remove more than 99% inorganics, organics, bacteria, microorganism, etc.
7. Disinfection system: kill bacteria, endotoxin, microorganism to get sterile water.
