I had the privilege to present "Pharma Predictive Analytics for Call Planning" at the Pharmaceutical Data Science Conference 2024 (The New England Statistical Society (NESS)). The pharmaceutical industry is witnessing a transformative shift powered by technological advancements. Predictive analytics has emerged as a critical tool for enhancing call planning strategies, enabling pharmaceutical clientele to optimize their interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and deliver more targeted engagements.

I shared methodologies, data sources, and key considerations that underpin the successful implementation of analytics, particularly in the context of call planning.

The results and associated insights are used as "one source of truth" to offer regional guidance for field sales forces and commercial teams.
