Heartiest Congratulation to Britten Warner for passing his PgMP exam on 22nd July 2019. He passed his exam in his first attempt. He is a MBA and now PgMP. He works as Security Assistance Program Manager (SAPM) at United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, USA. After joining my Fast Track Mentoring Program, he started his PgMP application. His application was very smooth and finished in short time. Once my 6 week mentoring program was finished, he planned his exam on 22nd July. He planned his pre-exam session on 18th July. During the exam strategy session, I explored his exam readiness and offered him number of tips and hints. In general, I was happy with his progress.
He was very focused, disciplined and determined. He was very motivated and keen to learn and apply the knowledge. During the early days of the mentoring program, he built his very aggressive study plan. He was extremely busy with his mega program for US Air Force, and many a time, working late night. Irrespective of his busy schedule, he always ensured that he spends his planned study hours. He was always prepared for the weekly sessions. His answering of the mock questions was always spot-on. I am proud to have him as my student. Thanks Britt for many me feel proud.

What Britt's has to share about my contributions -
I just successfully earned my PgMP Certification. Without a doubt I would not have been as successful without the mentoring from Dharam. The class information and the pacing of the lessons were spot on. His preparatory materiel was a huge help. The classes kept me on task and accountable to get it done. Its a winning product. Highly recommend.
Why PgMP?
For the certified program manager professional (PgMP) the certification opens various opportunities for climbing up the professional ladder. With the experience you already possess, the credibility of PMI will come in very handy. As a program manager, your leadership will be instrumental in obtaining myriad benefits for your organisation. You are managing multiple, related projects in a coordinated way, achieving advantages that will not occur if the projects were handled separately. As such a crucial team leader, it's important that the qualifications you have acquired reflect the benefits you can bring to any team.
As a certified program manager, you demonstrate your ability to lead, manage, and direct programs. One of the primary goals of the certification is to display the certified program managers within your high-performing organisation, as well as in the international program and project management community. It ensures you have an elite reputation, and that you stand out from the crowd.
