In 2020, Covid-19 emerged as a global public health emergency. Now, more than five years later, the question of whether the virus was released into the environment from Wuhan (China) or Fort Detrick (USA), and whether it was carelessly done or otherwise. The global media went into overdrive with accusations and counter-accusations, and more importantly, into stoking public fear of contracting Covid-19, as disease occurrence counts became front-page headlines, and breaking news on TV, accompanied by heated debates. The public fear of COVID-19 was faster than the coronavirus itself. A lot of new businesses cropped up overnight. Now after 5 years, we have revelations coming in this area by informed persons who have written in the media and research papers about what happened in the entire process of vaccines etc. One such publication is the recent book by Dr Naomi Wolf which has made headlines and must be worth reading. I look forward to reading this investigative piece of work.
