Pezesha partners with Dial Afrika to harness customer experience through AI solutions

Hilda Moraa and Japheth Dibo met through the Endevour scale up program and they intentionally agreed to collaborate. Serendipity at its best!

Pezesha is in its growth stage servicing thousands of customers weekly and needed a solution that can allow our customers to access real time customer service through inbound & outbound interactions and Dial Afrika came through for us after a lot of searching and exploration to find a solution that can integrate with our proprietary core banking system and also via a cloud-based, securely, and interactive AI-powered omnichannels.

Pezesha and Dial Afrika have already integrated and now able to serve thousands of customers daily without having to stress on customers experience and feedback at any given time or place.

In a recent Endeavor Kenya event on Demystifying Access to Debt Panel Discussion & Networking?Reception, Pezesha and Dial Africa announced their strategic collaboration with CEOs of both entities confirming that the partnership this far has been valuable and tailored towards scale up plans.
