as many projects starts, once we decided the path we want to take, teams need to communicate
we chose FIGMA as Design tool to be able to communicate with our front-end team
UX and UI team now have their common ground on technical details
we don't have any business analyst in our team and this time a lot of direct communication between UX and UI team happened
not just UI team were happy to be able to agree on different things but QA team enjoyed filling in bugs related to different devices, browsers and operating systems

you already know Patricia Istrate from previous article and today I will introduce Talida as Leader of our front-end team
Mihaela-Talida Ganciu took this huge responsibility to bring the design alive using HTML, CSS and ReactJS as main technologies.
a huge contribution on this project had also Catalin.
Calin Catuta negociated each detail with Patricia in the entire UX design process.
