Hunan Petrochemical Resin Department adopts short construction period and low-cost mechanised installation method for steel structure construction of 50,000 tonnes per year environment-friendly epichlorohydrin industrial demonstration plant project, which is one of the key projects of "14th Five-Year Plan" of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, and one of SINOPEC's "Ten Dragons" key projects of scientific and technological research, In the steel structure construction of the project, which is an industrial demonstration plant for producing 50,000 tons of environmentally friendly epichlorohydrin, a short construction period and low-cost mechanised erection method is adopted to avoid the construction safety risk of erecting a large number of scaffolds and to improve the efficiency of the construction. 4 frames, 5 pipe corridors and their ancillary labour protection facilities with a total weight of more than 1,100 tons are installed with about 100 tons of steel structure every week. The project department and the contractor Sinopec Tenth Construction Company carry out in-depth 100 days of safety and accident-free action, strengthen the safety management of mechanised installation operations, every day before the start of construction by the general contractor equipment professional managers and subcontractors responsible for the construction to carry out item-by-item confirmation of the integrity of the construction equipment and then delivered to the operating personnel to use, carry out half a month of special self-inspection of the safety management, and regularly arrange for the manufacturer's technicians to the site to check and maintain, to ensure that Lift trucks and other aerial equipment operation safety.
