Petition under Section 24(2) of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (No. 43 of 1954) for having the registration of a marriage under Chapter III of the Act declared to be of no effect.

The petitioner prays as follows: —

The marriage between the parties was registered under Chapter III of the Act by the Marriage Officer of.................... at.................... on.................... and it may be deemed to be a marriage solemnized under the Act by virtue of the provisions of Section 18.
