With the countdown for the International Mining and Resources Conference + Expo 2023 well and truly on, this week I wanted to guide you through some of my tips for getting the most out of a visit to IMARC, including must-see sessions, networking opportunities, new features and everything in-between.?

ATTEND THE 4 PLENARIES

The IMARC Conference Program will be the biggest yet, highlighted by four plenary sessions, each hosted by Jennifer Hewitt of the AFR, and which I am delighted to be a part of. These sessions will cover reshaping the mining value chain, social value and environmental resilience, strengthening the mining innovation ecosystem and resourcing tomorrow.

The Traxys IMARC Connect meeting platform is the easiest way to ensure you meet the people you want to meet at IMARC 2023. The platform helps match you with attendees who meet your criteria, but you can also search by industry, region, product, commodity and more. The Traxys IMARC Connect platform is open to all Delegate Pass holders.

A new addition that I'm excited for this year is OnAir @ IMARC. Featuring Money of Mine podcast, Cocktails and Commodities podcast, Kitco and Geohug, there will be back-to-back lights, camera and action, with interviews, live recording and podcasts all happening over the three days.

SCOPE INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

The Country Pavilions and Programs at IMARC 2023 include 18 featured Government Partners within the IMARC Conference Program, including in the dedicated Global Opportunities Theatres on Level 5 of the ICC Sydney. These sessions are open to all attendees so be sure to add them to your agenda.?

With several IMARC Pitch Battles at IMARC, mining and METS companies have an opportunity to stand in front of an expert panel of leading investors and miners for a three-minute project pitch, followed by an in-depth Q&A session. These IMARC Pitch Battles are always fast-paced and exciting with the IMARC Pitch Battle having a Grand Finale on day 3.

Being the biggest event of its kind in Australia, there are so many co-located and sideline events happening around IMARC.
