Persuasion is categorized as the primary tool needed to communicate with others. In other words, persuasion exists when Greeks were dominating the world. Persuasion was known as the foundation of the relationship buyer-seller, also known as informational asymmetry.
??????The study of consumers is a challenge that always affects not only the marketing but the future of our society. Nowadays, people tend to obsessively purchase things that are not needed; following a scheme that I call the “FB” scheme. FB is not Facebook, FB means Feel Better. It is demonstrated that consumers have two main reasons why they spend their money:
·?????They want to feel better and move away from pain/suffering.
·?????They want to feel better and move closer to pleasure.
Different outcomes, different schemes, but each consumer (you) follows these two schemes before purchasing something.
Persuasion is something you cannot describe until you have been persuaded once -- which in fact, you are being persuaded just now -- it is an unspoken language because over half of the population do not speak about it, but it is what you do every day. In fact, the most persuasive topics are the ones we speak about every day: politics, religion, social media, and economics.

In any kind of government, mostly in the United States, there are two moments where persuasion becomes the answer to hold a position: fundraisers and recruiting voters. This is an unspoken language for most constituents around your district/state, but each politician knows the power of persuasion and how it can influence other people. In fact, there is a job position specially for persuaders, a political strategist. A political strategist of a campaign is the person with the biggest responsibility on a political campaign as these deals with statistics, human behavior, reactions, polls, and most importantly what the constituents need or are lacking to further create strategists that will catch people’s attention. There is nothing else that captivates someone’s attention than becoming yourself in the answer to their own questions.
Start thinking about persuasion as a way to collaborate with others, not a way to manipulate others.
