Q1. What is the mission and vision of MyBranch?

A1. MyBranch provides everything businesses need to set up their local Sales Office. We position ourselves as a 'Mall of Services' because MyBranch caters to diverse business needs, facilitating everything from location scouting to documentation, compliance, hiring and audit services. This makes us a comprehensive one-stop solution for office space requirements in India. With a current presence in 25+ states, 65+ cities and 70+ locations, MyBranch is a service provider with an expansive footprint. We further envision making inroads in 300 cities across India.


Q2. Other than being a major non-metro player, what else are your differentiators?

A2. MyBranch has already established its presence in India's 60+ Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. We are also the sole national flex space provider in the North East. Our in-house infrastructure development capability enables us to set up offices swiftly and cost-effectively anywhere in India. With us, corporates get similar-looking offices wherever they plan to expand. Not just this, our 'Lite Office' product is unique, faster, and cost-effective for corporates in terms of penetration in smaller towns like Akola, Deesa, Sikar, Hanamkonda, Rajahmundry and more.


Q3. What can the flex ecosystem expect from MyBranch in the next 12 months?

A3. We want to establish MyBranch as a go-to partner for corporates who want to expand across India seamlessly. Aligned with this objective, we are amplifying our efforts to meet the surging demands of modern enterprises. Our current footprint of 70+ locations across 65+ cities in India is just the beginning, as we aim to extend our presence to 100 cities soon.

Our primary clientele from BFSI, NBFC, IT, telecom, and e-commerce sectors have shown consistent growth, paving the way for our further expansion.

In the coming year, we focus on broadening our reach and aligning our office spaces with clients' needs, emphasising adherence to ESG norms and other crucial regulatory requirements, thus contributing to their sustainability journey. Additionally, our gradual shift towards becoming a preferred provider for virtual office spaces in India is a direction we're steadily progressing in.
