I have been thinking about this for a while now. Also, this is not something new so please don't be disappointed.
I'm starting an initiative which will benefit both the parties Job Seekers & my fellow people from Human Resource. I realise how difficult is to find a candidate who is perfect for your organisation.
Being an HR we get lots of request on LinkedIn regarding a job opening, so instead of responding "Unfortunately we don't have an opening" or "We don't have such profile in our organisation" we can try and tag them to the fellow HR's accounts on LinkedIn, maybe they have an opening in their firm which the current job seeker from your network is not aware off. We all have been through a job searching phase and we know it is not an easy task. From now I will try my best to help all the job seekers to find a job and my fellow HRs to find a candidate suitable for their organisation by simply tagging them in the job posts/adv. I'm pretty sure we can do this for sometime when we are free from our core duties. I would just like to thank all the people I have worked with in the past and currently working with as they have taught me a lot.
Last but not the least the name of the initiative is personforperson which means one person can take responsibility for other and I believe this is one of the ways we can make this world a better place.
PS: I know the last line is too dramatic, but it fits in the message so chill before commenting.
