A personal story
I’d like to share a personal story with you.?When I was 15 years old, my father died unexpectedly from a massive heart attack.?It was, as you would imagine, the worst thing to happen to me…?
Not long after I found a small audio tape in my tape recorder?(yes, I am a child of the 80s and we used tape recorders!)?and when I played it, I heard my dad’s voice. It wasn’t a long recording, but he did say?“hello Leslie”!?I have cherished that recording for years. I play it every time I miss him, to remind myself of his voice and hear his love for me in how he said my name.?
I share this story because these recorded gifts are so valuable to me!?
This story is a great reminder of our own legacies. family treasures to discuss and share with generations to come.
And, while those things are being passed on happenstance on a daily, we know that intentionally creating a recorded legacy requires more than happenstance. That’s why as part of our unique planning process we capture your legacy in recorded form through something we call a Legacy Interview.
Beginning this conversation is the first step to preserving and protecting your family assets and other things of value. Creating a comprehensive estate plan will safeguard what you value most. And we?include?a recorded Legacy Interview- A priceless family legacy piece for your loved ones.
The term “estate planning” is inaccurate!
When done right, it’s Life and Legacy Planning
For a life you love and a legacy worth leaving.
