Personal Message about my journey

As I sit here today, I am filled with immense gratitude and pride.

The journey to create HR DataHub has been nothing short of a roller coaster, filled with challenges, triumphs, and incredible learning experiences.Starting with just an idea and a laptop, I left behind my role at Heathrow Airport to dive headfirst into the unknown.

There were moments when the future seemed uncertain, and we came close to folding more than once. But through sheer determination and unwavering belief in our mission, we persevered.

Today, I am incredibly lucky to work with a brilliant team of 17 talented colleagues who share my passion and vision. Together, we have built a platform that is not only innovative but is also changing the way over 200 companies benchmark their pay. From Tesco to NHS, our live pay data platform is helping organizations make informed, data-driven decisions that shape their futures.

Doing what I love every day and seeing the tangible impact of our work is a dream come true. I am profoundly thankful for everyone who has been part of this journey, from our early supporters to our loyal clients and, of course, my amazing team.
