Bulk of my career experience has been in the multinational before i crossed over to entrepreneurship. My life in corporate was exciting and exhilarating and at the same time the effects of being neutralized to corporate culture challenged my authenticity and rate of authentic growth as an individual. And i speak for myself. There are many out there who are able to balance the identity divide between self and corporate culture too. But my question is this - "How often do we pay attention to our inner compass which directs our growth not on a company spreadsheet, but on our own development plan as an individual?"

From my experience dealing with so many different individuals from around the world giving them coaching, mentoring or capacity building training, i have understood something so vital - is that: even the best trainer, coach or mentor cannot override the final decision to begin or achieve transformation in an individual unless he/she "accepts" and is "willing to apply" and practice the growth solutions and path offered.

Like i said before "Growth is not automatic.....".

On my conquest to study human behavior and psychology and introspectively look at my own experience, challenges and episodes of fails, i was so curious to discover ways to tap in and unlock hidden human potential. This led me to embark on my company which i am so passionate about. I had the entire plan and slogan with logo ready in less than an hour. Hence, the birth of Women Empowered Global, a center point for helping individuals break their inner glass-ceilings. Under this agenda, i launched a global online learning tool for global participants to connect and learn from global leaders through a very affordable, convenient and interactive platform. It has been designed like a spider web (ecosystem) which offers learning, networking and peer mentoring on direct and indirect learning modules which deals with the following key clashes i identified in the workforce:

  • People clash
  • Identity clash
  • Communication clash

I designed and trademarked a framework on this to enable corporate teams and business executives to recognize, find customized solutions and overcome the unique challenges faced by that team and company related to teamwork, emotional intelligence and interpersonal gaps; self-identity and confidence gaps which leads to business performance and productivity gaps.

To date, i have over 35 award-winning business leaders, motivational experts and industry experts who speak on my online global educational platform.

In our global learning web, we host a Global influencer podcast series, online leadership column, global monthly magazine, host digital business groups segmented according to profession and location; global mentoring platform, online coaching, business mentoring, mindset and skill set training, and soon to launch mental health peer groups for single working moms, entrepreneurs and business executives.
