Goal: To become a master of clear, confident, and persuasive communication for leadership and influence.

Steps to Improve:

Enroll in a communication course: Complete an online course or workshop on public speaking, negotiation, or storytelling within the next 30 days.

Daily practice: Dedicate 15 minutes a day to improving both written and verbal communication through speech drills, journaling, or presentation rehearsals.

Feedback loop: Seek out constructive feedback by practicing speeches or difficult conversations with colleagues, mentors, or peers every week.

Timeline and Milestones:

Week 1-4: Enroll in a course and complete 50% of the learning modules.

Week 5-8: Implement strategies from the course in real-life situations (e.g., meetings, presentations).

Week 9-12: Finalize the course, track improvements through recorded progress (before vs. after) and feedback from 3 different people.

Mental conditioning: Practice meditation and visualization exercises for 10 minutes daily to strengthen focus and emotional regulation.

CEO Reflection

At the end of these 90 days, I expect to be more confident in how I communicate, resilient in overcoming challenges, and strategically connected to a professional network that supports my growth and future aspirations. With consistent tracking of my progress, I will evolve into a leader who inspires and influences through skill, mindset, and a thriving community.
