Personal Effectiveness is how one is utilizing their time, energy, and focus.
The definition of Personal: of, relating to, or coming as from a particular person; individual; private.
The definition of Effectiveness: adequate to accomplish a purpose; producing the intended or expected result.
I have been researching personal effectiveness. There is no set standard if it works for someone that will work for another person. It may be difficult to figure out what works for you. In the world we live in, there are so many distractions to stick to your goals, habits, and daily routine.
Maybe you think you do not need to work on your personal effectiveness. Others may not have realized that you’re in the position to address and change your personal effectiveness. What do you think about your personal effectiveness?
Some resources I have found to be helpful in my research on personal effectiveness.
