Express yourself and always do as you say. Be Optimistic : Have a positive outlook towards everything. Nobody wants to be around a person who is negative and complaining all the time. Nobody wants to work or live with a pessimist. Be a Patient Listener: Be an enthusiastic listener.
Personal development improves your leadership abilities, whether your goal is to lead others or just yourself. It teaches you how to set an example for others, assign work to others, make decisions with confidence, and inspire and motivate others.
So much so that many of us don't pursue it. That's why it's important to have a set of skills, or standards, we can turn to in order to keep us on track towards our goals. To remind ourselves of what's important when times get tough. For me, this looks like remembering these 3 C's: Compassion, Care, and Consistency.
