Personal Development Is Directly Related To Growth

Growth (in my view is the ability to constantly adding a brick to your fence until you attain a complete WALL). I hear people constantly complain about the current situations in LIFE. A few days ago, a friend of mine called to complain about is current status at his JOB. "I have been working for this company for 2 years as a graduate trainee, how can I still be at the level of a graduate trainee, I mean I have a masters degree from the University of Birmingham, I have at all times completed all issued tasks and assignments given to me" and he goes on and on and on..... I am sure you get the picture. I then proceeded to ask the following question;

1. Since you have been working with the company, have you taking out time to participate in seminars, short terms courses... e.t.c?
2. Have you invested time to acquire new skills?
3. Do you know the POWER of the Holy Trinity Of Personal Development (Physical + Mental + Spiritual)?

And as you already guessed it (His answers to all the questions were a BIG NO). See my friend's life is what you PUT INTO IT. Just like to famous saying in the technology space goes "Garbage IN Garbage OUT". The mind is a great developmental entity that has the ability to achieve whatever is perceived to be the norm of the moment. We are forever the drivers of our destiny. A constant servicing of the HOLY TRINITY Of Personal Development would only lead the GREATNESS. When the mind is set up to balance the physical and spiritual pillars then we begin to appreciate simple things like being able to see our destinations, plan our routes and executes the necessary activities that would ensure the journey in a success. I simply said to him, grow these 3 pillars and the world would be YOURS................

"I ask not for divine providence or more riches but more wisdom to use wisely the riches I received at birth in the form of the POWER OF CONTROL and direct my mind to whatever ends I DESIRE"
