Personal Assistant & Office Manager to CEO, Managing Directors and Directors.

Position based in Tunis (Private Equity firm, operation across Africa)


Our client is seeking a detail orientated and highly efficient Administrative Assistant to support a private equity team that is active across seven offices in Africa. This is a critical role to support a friendly and well-coordinated team. The position requires organizational abilities, discretion, willingness to engage beyond normal working hours and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities ? Calendar support for the CEO, Managing Directors and Directors. o Complex calendar management across multiple time zones. o Scheduling, coordinating and summarizing internal and external meetings. ? Travel coordination. o Arranging and managing extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transport. o Understanding and implementing company travel preferences. o Preparing and sharing detailed travel itineraries o Organizing fundraising roadshows o Organising due diligence trips and team events ? Administrative Support o Prepare and edit meeting agendas, summaries, reports and presentations. o Support the finance team in establishing the most efficient way of coordination regarding expense reports and reconciliations. o Track and manage NDA processes. o Plan and organize team events and meetings. ? Tunisia office management o Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and equipped. o Manage office supplies and inventory, liaise with vendors and service providers o Liaise with accountants, legal advisors and auditors o Manage office budget, payments, expenses and petty cash o Provide assistance to the finance team with financial reporting and audit.


Qualifications ? Excellent communication skills in both French and English ? Bachelor’s degree preferred ? 10+ years of directly relevant experience ? Exceptional organizational and time management skills ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems ? Ability to anticipate needs and work autonomously ? Highly detail orientated ? Proactive, flexible and positive.?
